This is a mess. Beta is Upper mid with ZBT, Lambda and Phi Psi are mid, Sig Nu is top tier.
All of the other houses in mid are bottom tier.

Completely agree. This has Phi Psi and lambda written all over it. In other words, complete bs, lol. Absolutely NOT ONE person outside of those frats thinks those guys are remotely close to top tier and no amount of self ranking/promotion will make it that way.

Thank you yes!!! Except switch sig nu and sig chi. Besides this these are accurate for the parties. This isn’t how most people usually classify the frats but tbh things are changing and some are way over/under rated
