Heard that ZBT was a top house last year? What happened to them they rarely have events and no one ever hears about them anymore

The new pledge classes are creeps, kinda ruined their rep

Last year they were a close #2 right behind #1 Lambda Chi but a couple bad PC made them slip quite a bit. After #1 Lambda Chi I would say SAE took over ZBT spot
