Rising:
-lambda: suddenly got really hot and a great social calendar, theyre shedding their nice guy rep as well which is frat
-sig nu: their parties have been consistently super fun, nobody outside of lambda rly cares about them snitching
-pi kapp: just got a nice ass new house next to zbt, actually really underrated group of guys
-aepi: used to be really weird like 3 years ago, but now have a lot of solid guys
staying:
-SAE: still your hot douchebags, but thats what makes them so desirable
-sig chi: undeniably also super hot, but their parties get shut down rly early
-sig ep: their parties are kinda weird but their sorority relations keep them at the top
-phi psi: they're the new TDX, their house will die off in a few years but for now they're in a good place
falling:
-beta: not being liked by anyone is catching up to them, some sororities flat out don't do stuff w them
-zbt: honestly they're still a top house but some of their guys are just rough

This rank is out of touch with reality. You were right that they "got hot" but it was not suddenly over the past 2 years they had the #1 PC and they have become the #1 fraternity at UCLA. Talking to many of the new PC I can say most if not all turned down bids from SAE,SX,SIG EP, ZBT to join the new #1 fraternity at UCLA

Your ranking is meaningless because you don't have Lambda Chi Alpha as #1. All the fraternities you ranked above Lambda Chi were rejected for membership to Lambda Chi Alpha

This is so bad it's laughable.
Every frat cares about snitch nu.
Pi Kapp can't rise if they're merging with another house and is a complete wildcard.
No one even talks about AEPi anymore? How are they rising?
Sig Ep's pledge classes are getting worse and worse.
Phi Psi is the opposite of Sig Ep with pledge classes. TDX comparison incorrect.
Beta are tryhards but consistently getting good pledge classes. Should be rising.
ZBT is staying, not falling. Regardless of how some new members are, still solid classes and top relations

Switch Lambda Chi with SAE and ZBT with Sigma Chi. That's the new REALITY.
