let's be honest, it's a matter of personal opinion when it comes to ranking the houses within tiers, but....

top tier:
kkg/alpha phi/dg/theta

middle:
pi phi/chi o/gamma phi

lower:
adpi/kd

bottom:
axo/agd

tri delt-didn't participate in formal rush. best of luck that they get a strong pc with informal rush and eventually rise to their former glory. (they used to be a top tier house at ucla)
