Rho Iota Mu (R.I.M.) does not discriminate on creed, color, religion, age etc., they are also the top house so probably they are your best bet

Do not listen to the above message. They are not top house and not your best best.. Juniors have just a good of a chance as getting into a sorority as freshmen and sophomores. As long as your cute and fun and nice and can talk to people you will be fine
