Sae has been the top house at ucla for decades and has by far the best looking guys. Zbt is a close second if not tied. Sig chi and sig ep follow behind these to because girls leave sig chi to go to sae or zbt and less go to sig ep.

Frats bash on lambda b/c schneider and dakota. they are wannabe top house guys who are butt hurt lambdas. Lambda's act out of place now and in the fraternity community you will be universally ripped on for that.
