Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 1.5 Sad to see what has happened to this house. They have really fallen a long way. Their pledge classes these past few years are have been really unattractive and all kinda douchey. Not to mention the house has commonly become known as the stoner house. Sad but the truth is they aren't hot and generally are no longer a top house.
