Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 3.0 They seemed to be kinda fun, genuine, and a little awkward overall. It seemed like their parties didn't really have many of their own guys though. I hear about them a lot on campus but don't see them much around as a group.

Biggest/cleanest/newest house on the row that has A LOT of potential. Definitely rising up in the rankings fast considering that they came back, like two quarters ago? or a year ago?
