Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.0 Though not a top tier house this is def on the rise since coming back on the row. Every pledge class seems to be gettting better especially this fall pledge class. I see boys in res ties everywhere. The ones I've met and are all genuine nice guys. Too soon to tell but it's very possible they will be in the upper tiers of frats soon enough.

Though not a top tier house this is def on the rise since coming back on the row. Every pledge class seems to be gettting better especially this fall pledge class. I see boys in res ties everywhere. Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.8 Their pledge class is number one with no contest. And their older guys have some really cute and social ones too. Definitely will beat ZBT/SAE for top house by next fall and is currently top tier also.

The tropical party this week was so lit I can't wait for the next one. Their brother hood is strong too. I noticed they always had a bunch of guys out there cheering on their IM team. Former top house and looking to be there within the next few years.
