luvy really? even if chi o were moving up into the top 3 (which it isnt), it would not be displacing kappa or pi phi. pi phi is barely hanging on to being a "bottom of the top" house. kappa has been on the downhill for ages. you obviously arent familiar with ucla sororities. chi o is boring.
