Honest rating, they have some really good guys but a couple of the guys in the fraternity are disrespectful and give the whole frat a bad name. Compared to top houses this is low end top or maybe even high mid

I don't know why everyone is so mean...I loved this house and wish I had chosen it instead of its neighbor. I'm guessing the rude people on here feel the same way and are just bitter.
