Theta Xi is underrated. They're not that popular only because they lack the amount of hot guys that SAE or ZBT would have. However, after going to a lot of frats, I found that I'd choose Theta Xi guys over most frat boys.They're not your typical fratty douchebags. They're actually smart, nice, and fun to be around! People should definitely give this house more of a chance! PS Even though they don't have as many hot guys as other frats, I never said that they had none...

is it just me or have i seen a lot of unattractive thetas? i have a lot of friends in theta and i love them! its known that its a top house. i just don't think their anything special in the looks department
