This house has come a LONG way over the past couple of years. I remember my 2nd year here they had to hold rush at covel. There have been some pretty sick parties at this house this school year and these guys have the potential to be a top house in the future, but at the moment they still have a way to go. Like the person below me I believe this house is barely mid-tier, only because they have to compete against other rising houses like Lambda Chi, Beta, and Sigma Pi. They can only go up from here so keep up the good work boys!

i really like these girls...a few of them live on my floor and they seem to actually like each other and have a lot of fun together. more than i can say about the kappas on my floor....they dont even speak

Definitely not the house they were in the past. This quarter alone has shown that they are rising. They put a lot of work into their quarterly and it showed. I'm a senior and EDC was by far the best party I've been to at ucla in my 4 years. Insanely packed, fantastic music, chill people. One true rager !! Good way to end my undergrad career.
