Been around this house and the row long enough to know that, as of this year, there are a lot of guys in Theta Chi who could get into pretty much any house. They do need to bring up the mean in order to keep moving up, though.

Theta Xi's about the 10th/11th frat at UCLA in terms of rank. They've got a decent-looking house and their inability to move up raises questions about chapter leadership and motivation.

is not anywhere near the top 10 in terms of rep, nor are they on the rise. they're a low-key house in a bad location and, until they get themselves a decent chapter house in a better location, they'll always be on the outside of the top 10 looking up at higher-rep houses. not tryin' to hate; just bein' honest.
