I think they were close to the top at one point but they've slipped a lot in the last year. They're nice and involved and still pretty cute...but not what they used to be.

Beta used to be a pretty mid-low tier house but a lot of their new guys are cute and their parties are super fun! Plus they're nice guys. Definitely a house on the rise.

They are very plain. Majority of the girls are very average looking. nothing special. They are super nice and involved. I'm waiting to see if they ever step up their hotness or personality. Overall, definitely some of the nicest girls you'll meet on the row, but overall just average and ordinary. Haven't really changed their position...still slightly above A Chi O.
