Wow! Friend of Theta Chi here. This house is NOT even on probation as a result of the incident and has been publicly exonerated by the university. Anyone who doesn't have an axe to grind can read into those facts. And, this house initiated 26 men in aftermath. If anything, made the guys tighter with the administration, parents, and with each other. So, please keep on hating...just makes Theta Chi an even stronger Brotherhood.

PiKapp is sick. As a member, I am going to have to say that we are on the rise and I agree with a lot of the opinions stated here, save for a few clearly unqualified opinions. I would have to say that we are one of the most involved fraternities on campus. We do a lot, and it extends far beyond PAC. Campus involvement is one of the main reasons I joined. However, it is hard to have a rep as a back row house, but considering that, we are doing just fine and are definitely on the rise. We have raids with Chi Omega, Delta Gamma, ADPi, and other middle to upper tier sororities. Also, you have to take into consideration the fact that we do not shotgun bid associate members like a lot of fraternities attempting to gain members fast. Quality and brotherhood are what we emphasize in this fraternity, and we emphasize these things strongly, perhaps even over maintaining a high social standing/creating rep. Come check us out and give us another chance. I can guarantee you will have a great time.

If the ucla chapter is their number 1 chapter in the nation that's kinda sad. Ucla isn't a fratty school as is, and zbt's top chapter isn't even the best fraternity at ucla. Weak, maybe they'll have a better national rep in 50 years.

Chi O used to be known for being smart, girl-next-door cute, nice girls. Now I think they're just "smart." Their new girls aren't that cute and definitely not as nice/sweet as the older girls.
