Self-rank much? AEPi is not even the best Back Row house, much less the best house at UCLA. Sig Ep and Sig Pi have way better reps than AEPi. Come to think of it, every house on the Back Row except Triangle has a better rep than AEPi.

What is Delt doing near the top 5 in these rankings?! Noone in their right mind would rank this house this high. They'd have to double chapter membership just to move out of the lower tier and into the middle tier.

Haven't seen this house improve in the past two years, so hard to say that they're moving up. Definitely some good guys in Theta Xi, but currently bottom mid-tier and staying there.

Just goes to show you how these ranks are manipulated. Not a Sig Ep, but Sig Ep is a solid house at UCLA. They're easily in the top 5-7 houses in terms of rep.
