Okay let me first start by saying when I came to UCLA Beta was not top tier. But it's like they keep catching these breaks with their pledge classes and are on a fast rise to top tier, which I honestly think they have reached. I love the guys in ZBT and Sig Ep, and Beta has somehow found their way into those ranks. All I think needs to change is the creepy few guys in the house who seclude themselves from everyone. They have really fun parties but certain upstairs rooms always seem to be just separate guys not wanting to socialize (I.e. the Betas that I met when I came to UCLA so hopefully they'll be gone soon and we'll all see a better Beta.

Cool. Looks like Theta Chi has a stalker. You know...guy below who keeps posting in lowercase and rasping out the same uber-insightful, one-note crap. What a tedious, desparate loser. No doubt, he thinks he's increasing his own house's relative "competitiveness&q uot; every day by robo-ranking other houses on here with all 1's. If a rushee actually looks at this site as due diligence (rather than just for occasional humor), I question how he even pulled the grades to get into UCLA. Better to check out houses first-hand and form your own opinion than rely on anonymous Internet mud-slinging.
