kind of a mixed bag in terms of looks and personalities...i' ve definitely met some rude/bratty girls that think they're top house material. not all that popular on campus and not all that social either. i'd rather be a gdi than a gphi <3

Here is dtd in a nutshell. Anti-social, they rarely interact with anyone. Their parties and social events are awkward because there are so many delts who just stand by the wall or in the corner and do not approach girls. Apathetic, their presence at philanthropies and events is horrific. I always see the same guys at their Thursday night parties. Beat, a lot of the guys in this house are not fun and are the opposite of frat, really nerdy. Desperate, I heard they literally bid anyone who walks in. One of my friends walked into rush, talked to maybe 6 guys and was offered a bid on the spot. And last but not least, many of the guys aren't good looking at all, sorry boys, but there aren't a lot of cuties in this house :/

This house has come a LONG way over the past couple of years. I remember my 1st year here they had to hold rush at covel. There have been some pretty sick parties at this house this school year and these guys have the potential to be a top house in the future, but at the moment they still have a way to go. I believe this house is mid-tier, only because they have to compete against other rising houses like Lambda Chi, Beta, and Sigma Pi. They can only go up from here so keep up the good work boys!
