Nationally, this is one solid house. At UCLA, it is top tier and rising. Pi Beta Phi is an awesome sisterhood!

It sucks to be a brother of this house now, considering all that has happened. This house used to be a top house, but after all the stuff with IFC it really hurt their rep. I do hope they can come back and dont lose their chapter cause they have good parties and had a good rep. Good luck, guys

These guys are pretty chill, but ranking them this high is just trolling. They arent very good in numbers and their brothers arent that social. I expect them to have the average 15 pledges from the fall while all the other houses have 20+. I went to their quarterly last year, if you can call it that.. people left to go to other houses. Stop self-ranking to trick freshman pledges into thinking this is the second best house in ucla. You're just gonna disappoint them

This house still has a bad rep, after all these years. Some of the brothers are chill but they still have a lot of creeps. Parties were not that good, no buzz with this house
