These guys are great. Very fun parties with great music!! They're very nice guys and know how to show girls a good time. Their brotherhood is absolutely adorable!! It's overall probably the best frat I've been to yet. Whenever my friends and I try a new frat we always end up at Theta Xi because we know we'll have a good time there!!

The parties are wack, the brothers were weird and I think they need to work on their social life a little more. Only reason they are classy is cuz they seemed nice. But socially awkward.

This house is full of Gentlemen, their parties are amazing! Every party is better than the last and the brotherly love is just amazing. This is the best house ive seen.

Real talk? Top house. Fall 11 PC was better than APhi's but even non-Greeks heard they had no sisterhood. Fall 12 PC caused the guys from ZBT and SigChi on my floor to tell me they swapped places with DG and are now #4. It's weird to think Kappa's not #2 anymore... I read through some of these reviews. 'Sweet' is not a word I'd use to describe any Kappa I've met so far. There are always exceptions though. If you stereotype them, they are hot and social but catty, snobby and uninvolved on campus
