I think this is the fastest rising house at UCLA. Hot new pledge class. Fun. They are also really involved on campus. Their Beach Farm(?) quarterly had a weird theme but was one of the most fun parties I've been to in my two years at UCLA.

Went to their quarterly last week. REALLY well done. amazing music, lights, and decorations. The guys were hot and knew how to have a good time. Breaking into top tier for sure. One of my favorites <3

Went there for their first quarterly earlier this year. It was packed. Came back a few times after for a sober event, pledge exchange, and winter quarterly and realized how awful they were. Fairly large pledge class full of uninteresting weirdoes. Would bid a toaster if it came through the door. Honest!

Only know them from the 3 times I went to their house. Every time I've their parties are lame (2 quarterlies and one random Thursday). They just sit their and play drinking games with each other and don't know how to approach girls. I'm guessing this is where guys go when they can't get bids from any other house. Sorry guys but you need to try harder. No wonder more girls don't go to your house. All you need to do is talk to us.

I think people go here based solely on the fact that they have a nice house and location. When they row walked our house, they had a lot of guys but I could honestly only count 1-2 good looking guys in the bunch. They definitely are more arrogant then they should be. Coconut party was fun but every other time I've been there, I've left within an hour to go elsewhere.

Stop trying to kid yourself. A phi by no means wanted their current pc. All the girls they wanted went theta or kappa. Now they're trying to sell this bs that they wanted "down to earth girls." pshhhh ok.

No way. This house has some OK guys, but their house looks like crap and their rep is non-existent.
