I can tell there are a lot of fake reviews here and that is just a shame. I honestly want to give this house an honest review after visiting a couple of times for their partys. The guys there are decent at best but what makes them unappealing is how akward they are. I feel like these guys have never talked to girls in their entire life. I really can't believe it. The parties they throw aren't that great. Pikes Premiere was alright but nothing special. I didn't believe it when people said they come here just to drink and then go to other parties. I do believe it now though. Let's see if they can pick themselves up. It's not gonna be an overnight change that's for sure.

Whether people like it or not, gphi is moving up, they are by no means a top house, but they are definitely upper middle. They did not have to do spring or winter rush, which means they have an amazing retention rate.
