I talked to a guy in zbt this past weekend and he told me they're definitely participating in fall rush and will be allowed to have registered events with sororities as soon as winter. Some of my best guy friends at UCLA are in zbt and I definitely trust what I was told, especially more so than random people on the internet that claim to be closer to the situation. I guess we'll see the actual outcome once fall quarter rolls around, but zbt seems pretty unstoppable at this point. Love you guys!!
