Their house was rechartered in 2006 I believe and they are definitely on the rise. Heard that they had the largest pledge class this quarter and they truly have potential. House is really nice and so are the guys. They all seem like they have a strong brotherhood. All the parties I've been to there were really fun and unlike some of the "top" houses the guys here actually aren't creeps and there's some really cute ones!

They completely fell. Their chapter needs to be kicked off and the house rechartered for SAE to have a chance of being top again. Would say don't even bother rushing them but their president already made sure no one can!

Exactly what the person said below. These guys need to seriously find some class and start actually representing and living by the SAE creed. Such a shame to see what a few bad pledge classes have done to what once was a top house. Now all these guys go for is being the biggest douches and being stereotypical. Downhill stinker. Find yourselves a better president.......

Straight up only the junior class is chill. The younger dudes suck and are all super short. Kinda weird actually. There's much better fraternities to party with.

Why the cuter sororities want to party with these guys is beyond me. There's some current juniors and seniors that are good looking but their sophomores and new pledge class are TERRIBLE. All REALLY short blondes with freckles. These guys are known as the "stoner" frat for a reason. They're lazy and just are not very involved at all. Definitely not top and with these new pledges they'll be falling fast.

Their house is without a doubt the sickest house. Really BIG. Great for parties. And they have a pool. What more could you want? All the brothers are really nice and the older guys are all really good looking. Definitely has the potential to be a "top" frat and they are well on their way to getting there. From what I've heard their quarterly is going to be INSANE!

The fact Theta Chi is even close to the top 5, let alone in it shows this site is just full of self rankers. This house literally will take any guy that rushes, which is why their house is so strange and has zero real social life. Stop trying to pretend your top let along middle when everyone knows ur the bottom of the barrel.
