@michellelove @ucla Their quarterly wasn't crowded? I have no idea what house you were at that night but it wasn't Theta Xi! Hundreds of people went. Sure greekrank is full of self rankers and Theta Xi for sure has some (as does everyone else) but its sad how so many houses hate on each other on here. To say their quarterly was bad is ridiculous. House was completely decked out and everyone there was having a good time. Sure these guys aren't top but with a quarterly like that they're coming up

Love this house. can get a great sense of brotherhood and all the brothers are super nice and welcoming. Definitely on the rise... Go party with them you won't regret it!

Their quarterly theme was exactly like beta's coconut schooner, which they have every year. So much for originality? And their party sucked cause of sig pi's foam party. Its pretty embarrassing when the only big party you throw sucks.
