Confused abt MRABA

ADPi’s IG story said to check our emails for the MRABA to sign but i didn't get anything? Did they mean that it’ll be sent at the same time as our bid invitations if we get one or?

the bid will be the mraba probably and will be sent out from sept 11-14 starting at 8 am
