how does the rush formal recruitment process work?

It consists of 3 days. Meet all 6 sororities the first day. Then you rate them from 1-6 (1 being your top choice and 6 being your last choice). The next day you're invited to house tours from up to 4 houses. (The sororities rank you too so it has to be mutual to be invited back). Some girls get less than 4 houses depending on if they ranked every sorority and if the sorority wants them back. After house tours, you rank the sororities again from 1-4. The third day is preference and you will be meeting with only 2 sororities max. Some girls will only have 1 house. Preference is when everyone decides who they want and what sorority they want. Make sure to pick a house you're comfortable in and see yourself making long life friends. DO NOT pick a house because of its ranking. This might turn out bad. Then you rank the houses for the last time. The last day is bid day. If you're invited back for bid day that means one of your two choices picked you! And hopefully it's the house you want :) yeet!!!!!!
