Which Frat has the best parties & what areyour ranks?

In your opinion, which frats have the best parties and what makes their parties good/bad? Lodge parties, bar nights, clubs, concerts etc.
If you had to rank or give your top 3 frats, what would they be? My girls and I have our own answers but want to see who was right or has the more popular opinion
#1 by: top houses only
Delta Sigma Phi has to be #1! Absolute banger parties
Pi Kappa Phi at #2 They're almost at the same level as Dsig
Phi Delta Theta or Sigma Alpha Epsilon at #3 depending on who you ask. They are only good if they host together, by themselves they are nothing.

I’ve actually never been to a party from your #1 and #2 rankings but will look out for some more next semester.
We absolutely love Kappa Sig and SNU parties.
