Literally this spring, fiji is recruiting a founding class this fall. idk where axid will go after they come back and move back into their lodge.

Fiji owns the house. They already have members from Sig Ep and they’re coming back this Spring. AZD will have to move somewhere until this unicorn house they keep speaking of is built which has not been started.

They don’t get their house back until fall 2024. They own it and they’re just renting it out
