Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 4.9 PC 19 looks to have been the best this year. I have been going around to most of the fraternity’s things and Sig Ep has been my favorite easily so far. It’s still early, but they killed it with PC 19, a lot of super sweet guys and super hot guys. Can’t wait to do more things with Sig Ep!
