They're definitely on the rise. A lot of recent members have made pushes towards a fun sorority style. They still have a lot of awkward and unsocial girls though.

This chapter has gotten much better in the past few years but apparently they've still got a lot of internal issues surrounding sisterhood. The only time you see them out having fun is at tke parties. Great for your resume, not for sisterhood or good times.

Very nice girls who are super involved on campus! They are very honest and keep it real during recruitment. Not catty or sneaky! Has the strongest presence on campus.

Phi Mu has everything going for them. Most are gorgeous, super smart, and have a great sisterhood. I would only hope to find as great of friendships as some of my friends have in this sorority.

I am going to be completely honest and say that just because the ladies of Phi Sigma Sigma do not fit the stereotypical mold of a sorority girl does not mean that they are "misfits that did not get bids anywhere else" it just means that the other sororities did not accept them based on their values (which they should), they over looked them based on looks. They may not be the most beautiful girls to someone who is only looking at aesthetics, but overall they are the most beautiful girls I have..

To be completely honest, I went through rush this year and there were a few girls who got upset when they got Phi Sig bids. The girls are nice, but their room was less than appealing and some had trouble making conversation with PNMs, and couldn't compete against the DPhiE and PhiMu rooms. There are some amazing members who contribute a lot, but there are some who really just didn't fit in anywhere else. Overall, nice girls, but not great at recruiting.

Unless you are a member of the sisterhood you do not know what goes on within it and have no right to rank the strength of it. That is an internal thing. Phi Mu has the strongest bond I have ever been a part of. I can count on my sisters for anything. We are more than just fun at a party. We work hard to strengthen our sisterhood through birthday dinners, retreats and other events. We work hard to raise money for Children's Miracle Network Hospital.
