Fraternities:
Top: Pike, Sig Pi
Upper Mid: Cal Phi
Mid: TKE, Sig Chi
Lower Mid: Kappa Sig (has the potential to be mid but haven't been getting good pledge classes which brings them down)
Bottom/Irrelevant: ZBT, Theta Chi, ATO

Sororities:
Top: DG, Aphi
Upper Mid: Theta
Mid: Kappa
Bottom: Adpi

This is generally how things are seen by the majority of this school. Aside from some switching around within the tiers based on people's personal preferences, if you randomly asked people to rank the Greek houses here in terms of popularity/presence, it would look a lot like this list.

Sig chi is bottom tier with ATO and ZBT. Theta chi is better than all 3 of them. At least they’re not soft and are making moves upward

It is kinda lame/prejudicial to put new chapters/colonies into the bottom tier. Maybe a new/TBD category?
