Honestly theta would be top if people weren't so concerned with looks and looked at the whole picture. People consider DG top because they have the most hot girls, however most can agree that a lot of them are cliquey and have little personality (there are definitely exceptions though). Theta is definitely the most well rounded in terms of having plenty of attractive girls who are also chill and fun to party/hang out with.

then why is it that any time anyone else has a mixer with theta they have to drink their "thetorade" (aka get so drunk before mixing w theta that they dont remember it)?

Clearly written by a Theta, nice try! This is such a small school, top house changes with every person you talk to. Some say DG, some say Aphi, a few say theta I guess? This post is inaccurate.
