Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Santa Clara University - SCU 2.2 Some guys are nice, but others are incredibly awkward and pretentious. They seem to think they're top tier, but their poor housing situation and lack of a pledge process alone puts them as mid tier at best.
