This is only a relevant frat for geeds. Just ask anyone in Greek life and they’ll tell you that they are not relevant or that much better than ZBT. The guys don’t have many friends in other frats and from what I’ve heard their mixers are largely unattended with girls only stopping by to get free alc before going to a better party.

At this point these guys should just give their houses to other frats and disband. They’ve screwed up their reputation beyond repair at this point and now no amount of houses will be enough for anyone to respect them.
