Pretty chill sorority for those ego like the idea of sisterhood but not the stereotypical sorority image. The girls aren't as known for their looks as some other houses are, but there's definitely a lot of cute ones and some genuinely hot ones in the mix. More importantly, they all are really nice people who seem to like each other and the sorority is consistantly top in grades as well.

Lots of people like to complain about the fact that this fraternity is the only one that rushes in the fall. People mostly complain that it doesn't give some guys a chance to look at the other houses, but I think it's much more concerning than that. Most people who rush sig pi don't do it because they genuinely want to be in that fraternity, they do it because they want to be in A fraternity, and sig pi gives them that experience right off the bat (as opposed to waiting until the winter). Whereas for the other frats that do rush in the winter, the guys rushing are there because they are interested in that specific house over all the others. Sig pi rush consists less of the guys focusing on the brotherhood and more of them showcasing all the cool things they do and how popular they are, and their criteria for choosing which guys to give bids to seems to be who is the most attractive or whose parents have the most money. This results in a level of superficiality within the fraternity that isn't as present in other houses, and many people who don't get sig pi bids end up relieved when they find a house that is a genuinely good fit for them. If you wanna rush sig pi, then by all means go ahead, just know that this is what you're getting into.

Attractive but bland girls. Most of them only seem to care about status and will only hang out/associate with pikes and sig pis (they like their money). There are definitely some genuine girls but they are usually the ones who have mostly non dg friends.

Top house without a doubt. The charter makes all the difference between them and cal phi, and they don't rely on money from their dads like sigma pi does. Rush pike or tke.

Falling fast, honestly it's a stretch to call these guys a fraternity nowadays. They have no good houses, extremely mediocre parties (even kokomo was pretty average this year), and very weak brotherhood due to their lack of a true pledge process. All they have left is their "nice guy" reputation but not everyone can even live up to that.

These guys try so hard but will always fall in the shadow of real frats like pike and cal phi. Look back several posts and you'll find some painfully obvious self ranks posted a week or two after winter rush, tells you all you need to know tbh. The only thing keeping them afloat is all the money they got from their dads and if you actually find that cool you are disgusting.

Might not be the most popular fraternity at scu but their brotherhood is some of the strongest out of all the houses here. You can easily tell that they all get along really well and will have each others backs when support is needed. Not a top house as of right now, but if they were to get some more houses I'd say they definitely have the potential to become a big name here.

Really cool guys that throw awesome parties, like pike but with a more chill vibe overall. They aren't associated with a national organization, but all that means is that they don't have to pay extra dues to nationals (and there's less of an alumni network, but the school alumni network is good enough tbh). If you're looking for the true fraternity experience, I'd say cal phi, pike, and tke are your best bets.
