Definitely bottom tier but imo better than zbt. Zbt has been working their way up in terms of housing, but they and ato made the major mistake of bidding a bunch of complete randos for initial numbers. These guys saw how that worked out for them, and decided to take a more "quality over quantity" approach, and it has resulted in more decent guys and less outright weirdos. Still a ways to go before they're at all relevant though.

These guys are painfully irrelevant. More of a joke at SCU than a fraternity tbh. Nice guys, but if you hear someone say "rush ATO", they're probably just trying to be funny.
