May be decent in terms of housing, but when it comes to quality of guys these guys are bottom of the bottom and honestly no better than zbt. Brag about your frat all you want, doesn't change the fact that I know multiple girls who were asked to ksig formal and straight up said no.

They threw a pretty ok day party to many people surprise. They’re still not a ‘good’ fraternity yet due to their relationship with sororities and some guys are weird, but overall it seems like they are getting better every year

Although they are a smaller frat, the guys are the nicest of all the scu frats. I know they have a great brotherhood and seem like a tight group. Chill parties and fun to be around. If they get a bigger house they will be able to have even better parties and get bigger.

Went to their spring formal in Ventura this past weekend. Had a blast! These boys know how to have fun and are some of the sweetest boys I know!!
