Older brothers were very cool, but the chapter took a sharp turn, their new guys are nice, but very geeky (but then again its FIT). Always competes to get last place in greek week. Used to be known for drinking, but now with the new guys they are becoming very geeky.

These are not your traditional Delts. They are a very religious group, which they dont believe in underage drinking. Known for having a lot of brothers working as Resident Assistants. They don't party, which is a complete 180 from all of the other Delt chapters.

Some of the guys are pretty cool and fun to hang out with, but I had a friend that rushed and told me that they are not very friendly to pledges that they deem weird or "not a fit". They are the only other fraternity who has house (Pikes are the other one), even though its a barn and a wood log house. The location is kinda sketchy, but since they dont care about their property they usually throw good parties. Very small chapter.

Just got a huge pledge class last semester. They are very involved on campus and community. Some guys are weird, some are cool. This fraternity definitely has potential now that has more than doubled their size.

Only fraternity on campus with a real house (Chi Phi's barn is not a house, and the other ones live in residential neighborhoods with really small houses). People hate on them most of the time, but if you actually get to meet the Pikes, they are actually a great group of guys. Since parties at FIT suck anyways, their parties are above average, some blow up and are straight up awesome and some are alright. There are some improvement points, but its the best Fraternity of campus.

Some of the brothers are kind of goofy looking and the barn is getting a little run down. They are fun to hang around but the parties are getting smaller and smaller due to other fraternities throwing larger parties. The small parties are not always a bad thing though.

These girls can be awkward, but they are very nice and fun to be around. Phi Sig is probably the most friendly sorority on campus.

Although these girls are hot they are not the best sorority on campus. Besides 4 or 5 of them these girls are very two-faced. They will smile and be your friend one minute but once you turn your back its a whole other story.They don't care about anyone but themselves and only associate with 1 or 2 other chapters. It sucks becuase this would have been a great group of girls.

To be true, unless their nationals comes down and helps these guys, they are not going to last another semester. Very unorganized. Smallest fraternity on campus. People don't even know who their brothers are....
