I don't know, but these guys just seem to talk people down for the fun of it. Also their pledges hang out at their house till like 4am most of the time. This is coming from a Pike pledge.

This is not a real fraternity. They value more of being better on an individual basis rather than helping one another to be better. They do not define the true meaning of the word brotherhood/fraternity.

Great bunch of people to hang out with. Throws great parties as well as maintains their GPA. People are super friendly. I think they are trained to be nice to everyone and have a good relation with everyone.

very few brothers who people know. everyone else just appears. luck out in soccer and lost their good brothers to graduation last year

Great group of guys, they are much different than they used to be on campus, so a lot of these rating are out of date. There aren’t many RA’s anymore. The brothers are much more social in general. There is still room for improvement, but the chapter is new (compared to others) and still developing.
