I think its pretty well known by this point that those are the top fraternities, people saying otherwise are just kids from other fraternities trying to make themselves look better.

2nd Tier: Sigma Chi, Pi Kapp, AEPi
These are the only fraternities that matter

most people will say Pike, Sig Ep, Phi Psi, Pi Kap are the best. With the exception of Phi Psi, those Frats are all just big. Some of the smaller frats would be on "their level" if they also had 40 people in their rush classes. Most of the mid size frat (exception being phi psi, and to an extend Sig chi) blow hard.

I'd even put Phi Psi and Pi Kapp a notch below Pike and SigEp, which are pretty clearly the top two on campus. Pi Kapp has really lame parties/mixers and Phi Psi is just really inconsistent.
