Based on looks, new pledge classes, and involvement/spirit on campus.
(Remember this is specifically for 2013, not years past.)

This is my ranking too. DG was in the dog house this year. I think ADPi might drop this year, they haven't been doing super well since PC 2011.

Alright...ADPi is definitely not that high up. Who cares if they're "classy" & "intelligent", the two youngest pledge classes are boring and hang out with Delt and Kappa Sig. The Class of 2013 (girls who just graduated) are the best in ADpi, but they're gone. Their Class of 2014 (rising seniors) are awesome too, but after that...maybe a handful of really cool/chill girls.
Alpha Phi is not the top sorority. Fine, they got an attractive pledge class & have attractive girls, but once they start mixing/caring about a fraternity other than SigEp, we can give them more attention. Alpha Phi's are generally attractive but incredibly annoying and catty...they also hate each other (regardless of what they tell you).
AEPhi is the exact opposite of ADPi. Their rising seniors and graduated class sucks...stereotypical annoying JAPs. Their rising Juniors are awesome and have the ability to make AEPhi much more than it's stereotype. Good 2012 PC too.
DG had a bad year - yea...their pledge classes this past year were unusually not that great, but one bad year doesn't drop from being best sorority. These girls both know how to party and be nice/you can actually be friends with them. Kappa rages the hardest, but many of them have awful personalities.
SK is great!
Nothing will make Pi Phi good...sorry. You're not fun & maybe 5 of you are attractive.

You're missing the point- DG's fall from grace wasn't a fluke that can be fixed in a year. They had too many mean girls and it finally imploded on them. Why would girls join DG when APhi, Sk and even KKG are better alternatives? DG was top tier but it slipped very fast to mid. They'll be lucky to steal girls from Chi O at this point.

AEPhi is not top 5- they are more like #8. And DG is not number 1 anymore. Other stuff is accurate.

DG's aren't nice.. but they are top. you can't "slip through the cracks" like you can with others

Even if DG is still better than Chi O, it's only because of their older girls. I think it's pretty clear Chi O will pass them easily next year.

If I had to tier them
Aphi/Sk - the best
KKG/Chi O -above average
ADPi/KD - average.
DG/AEPhi - both have hotter girls than ADPi and KD but they absolutely suck as sororities
Pi Phi/SDT - below average
Phi Sig - the worst
You could maybe switch Chi O and ADPi but I see Chi O going up and ADPi going down.

Switch Chi O and ADPi. Everything else is right. My instinct was to say KD is too high for a new sorority but then I realized I'd literally join KD before I'd go DG.

Aphi- the best
SK/KKG- above average
ADPi/Chi O/KD- average
DG/AEPhi- good looking but awful

Totally agree with this tiering. ADPi is always overhyped, they haven't produced a high quality pledge class since 2010. Chi O on the other hand has made huge strides in the past 3 years and I think it's safe to say they've surpassed ADPi. But we will see who gets the better pledge class in recruitment this year, won't we?

^^This would be my ranking. Even if DG is still considered top tier by some, after this year it will be solidified that they are no longer top. Who would want to join them at this point? They have the nastiest group of sophomores on the planet, I have never met such a mean group of girls.
