why are pi phi rankings so low on this site?

Why is pi phi ranked so low here? they seem like sweet, cute, normal girls and better than bottom tier with phi sig (no offense to phi sig)..

well rounded, pretty smart
better pledge classes then past few years
on the rise.. just need a better philanthropy

personally all the pi phi freshman i know are good looking
i was kinda surprised when i found out they went pi phi, but i guess what i had heard about pi phi isnt always the case with every girl cause a lot of their members ive met are actually hot/very doable

Over the years, there have been not more than 5-10 hot piphis. And I'm pretty sure they all graduated.
