Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at George Washington University - GWU 4.6 Been on the rise for the last year or so since AEPi collapsed. Girls seem to like them and they can throw some great parties. A solid upper middle tier fraternity that could see its ranking rise with the fall of SigEp. Seems like their PC this year was also very solid.

Nice guys, but dont let a little momentum get to you. All of AEPi's would-be class went with the ACTUAL top tier. Lower mid wannabees.
