Heh, the only reason to hate is because they do it right. Of course they're bottom house, and they'll not care, but no one can really say that they're not actually fulfilling all these trivial traits when it comes to the larger campus view.

I question the validity of this fraternity on campus.

Filled with entitled douchebags scrapped together because they could not do other fraternities. SAE looks like the easy way into Greek Life, without actually living out Greek Life. Good move on their part. At least they all want the same thing here.

People hate on them because they aren't afraid to do them. They clearly have nothing to prove to anyone else, and just seem to be happy with themselves. So, these "Top House" claimers will be jealous because AEPi does it right with little to no effort.

So much potential wasted. Nobody wants to say anything bad about this frat, but we are all thinking the same thing. They're just straight up fake in anything and everything they happen to do.

They have unwarranted pride, misplaced loyalty, and little fraternal experience. I doubt their brotherhood and say it's all talk. That's pretty much what they are, all talk. Sure, they can drink and party and provide massive showing in an attempt to create a display of power and dominance, but insecurity and uncertainty runs deep with this frat. They need to start finding themselves instead of just finding benefits for size and wallet growth. Massive pretentiousness and douchiness all around.

I'll give them top tier for what they were, and how well their reputation is. But, on the real, they're not as attractive as people make them out to be, and they give off a pretentious vibe which pretty much dictates their attitudes towards others on campus. Little social and public involvement as a sisterhood.
