This house is up and coming. The quality of girls joining has gone up a ton in the last couple of years and they have much stronger numbers and sisterhood. Well known for being accepting of different types of people but still having high standards.

Id say about 10% of the guys there are cool to hang outwith, the others not so much. Definitely would get a lot more real people there if their rent wasn't sky high.

The new renovation is very cool, but unfortunately the house no longer can party in it... Not the most attractive bunch, unless you're into the hick-ish type. It also seems like they are up-rating there own house on the site... Based off of the last three consecutive posts...
