DEI needs to end - part of AGL

Sorority chapters who enforce the ridiculous DEI agenda will continue to drop in Member satisfaction and recruitment. Eliminating high standards to make ‘Everyone’ feel better about themselves doesn’t work. Dismissing GPA, loyalty with legacies, physical attributes like pledging slender, fit & healthy makes the whole organization slack off. Just like a couple drops of ink affects the body of water in the glass, so do marginal members being recruited to fill a quota or lame ideology. Gone are GPA, quality women, legacies, etc. It has happened with a trans member creating a big divide in WY for KKG & closed Pi Phi at Yale. Fortunately Some sororities, like Aphi, don’t buy into this. Poor choices make many top tier national sororities have more bottom tier/low dog chapters which close. Pick a brand and stick with it. Diversity causes disagreements, equity Is an illusion, and inclusion lowers standards. Pathetic brainwashing. Wise up!
