New to this site but...I would agree with the post 2 hours ago. Theta and Alpha Phi are getting their just desserts. I don't know too many Pi Phis or DGs actually, but the Thetas and APhis I know have always treated other girls not in their house with a lot of negativity, even more than Kappa. DG and Pi Phi and most of the middle houses keep their thoughts about other houses to themselves and are better for it

You can't hide your many faults, not only during rush, but in the years before the girls even start rush, because they totally know what houses are hot and who is creepy and just plain sad.

OMG. I agree 100%. Theta and Aphi have been playing this game for years. Theta knows their elite status is all but gone, and Aphi never had any status so they stew in their own bile. They will rush horribly taking what they can get. DG and PiPhi are happy, fun girls, not haters. Their aura is so different from the hater houses. When you love your house you are nice to people, you feel good about yourself, and when you don't you become a vicious whacko.

That kappa in their usual mean girl way is trying to egg on fighting among all the other houses. Once again they comment about all houses conveniently leaving themselves. They like to say they are exclusive cause they think it sounds cool but,it's just code for still acting like they are in junior high. If you want to relive junior high pledge kappa

wow this is so dumb. first of all stop blaming kappa below - your being just as catty as you claim they are... so stop. second off these rankings are NOT CORRECT. and anyone looking at this whose trying to pledge in the fall stop now and wait til you get to school to see.

Kappa, Theta, Alpha Phi, in their own way Gamma Phi. The other houses aren't 100% full of sweethearts, but in general there is a lot nicer attitude and sisterhood

thats a little harsh.. i agree that maybe "jeez" was too harsh but i like their message, and you did exactly what they said not to do - blamed a house, etc. you have no idea who is writing any of this and i think jeez was a little harsh, but right. it would do us all better to stop this girl-on-girl crime because it does ABSOLUTELY nothing but cause hate. its hurtful, and lets be honest, we all have girls we like and dislike in EVERY HOUSE (including our own!). so please everyone just honor people's decisions to be in whatever house they like, and evaluate them based on the person they are, not their letters. come to think of it though, that IS what happens in real life. nobody is as mean or hurtful in real life as they are on this anonymous site, so don't worry too much rushees, because i know if i saw this before rushing i would think that usc greek life was a vicious blood bath. stop making it seem like it is!

these rankings are soo off its scary

The people who spend their days on this site are truly pathetic and need to go back to high school. Seriously, who cares what the rankings are on this site? I highly doubt that a girl would choose SDT or ADPI over Theta if given the opportunity, regardless of if they're ranked higher on here (I don't mean that as a bash to either house, because they're both great- most girls sadly need the validation of being in a "better" house). In fact, I think it can safely be assumed that some houses, though not necessarily as popular, are ranked better on here because of the general character of the girls. In other words, popularity does not equal being well-liked. ADPI, SDT, and Tridelt are ranked above APhi and Theta not because they're more popular, but because their girls are much nicer and more genuine. At least, that's how it's been in my experience, and clearly in the experience of many others.

I agree. It says something NOT about how it is in real life (we can all agree it's not accurate) but does say something about actual character. Theta, Alpha Phi, and Gamma Phi are lower on here than what rankings are "in real life" (aka looks?) dictate.

I'd even say Kappa would be #1 for sure if it was JUST looks alone...but since DG and Kappa are so close looks-wise it's not as obvious. Whereas obviously the very low Theta/Alpha Phi rating is more obvious
