sigma chi - best frat ever

by: Calling out Facts

I think it is time for everyone to admit what they have always known to be true. Sigma Chi is the best frat at SC and always will be. While other houses like Lambda and Phi Psi have recently only come up to challenge Sigma Chi, they have never come close.

Sigma Chi leads the row by all measurable standards:
1) Largest Frat
2) Strongest Brotherhood
3) Best Facilities
4) Best Parties
5) Most SC Involved
6) Most Respected
7) Best Looking Members
8) Strongest Alumni Base
9) Wealthiest Members and Alumni
10) Most Athletic
11) Hottest Girlfriends
12) Biggest Parking Lot

Coming from a girl in one of the top three sororities, Sigma Chi has really attractive guys and fun parties but the facilities are not the best. In fact, one of the worst on the row, especially the bathrooms

THEY NEED TO GET SOME AIR CONDITIONING. It gets soooo hot there!! Meat raffles would be so much more fun if they weren't so hot that we are all literally DRIPPING sweat. Yes, boys, that means YOU too!! And when boys sweat, it doesn't smell so sweet. No AC = huge issue

There are so many other choices with much better air conditioning up and down the row. Who ever thoughy that you should blow cold air through ducts in the floor is stupid. Everyone knows proper cool air distribution comes from high ducts and good air flow. It's just ridiculous that a house with "the best alumni" can't find someone who can design proper hvac.

Why do you feel the need to talk about this? If your frat is the "best ever" why do you need to sell it? During rush I will make sure to check out your big parking lot...and then quickly move on to the next house.

Phi Psi has a much better kitchen than both Lambda and Sigma Chi. Most of the major appliances are only a year or two old.

Oh and I beg to differ. Have you seen the kitchen appliances at Beta? Everything is from Pacific Sales, glass and stainless double doors, just fantastic. They have a rich alumni who is an interior designer who did all the colors. A lot of young men choose beta just for the incredible kitchen.

No, I haven't been in Beta's kitchen or past the front door for that matter. Beta is not on my row bucket list at this point even with the new "fabulous" color palate. You can spend a lot of money on "residential" grade appliances at Pacific Sales that just look like commercial kitchen grade. You can slap a piece of stainless steel over a foam filled plastic box and it's still a foam filled plastic box piece of crap. Phis Psi appliances are true commercial grade (stainless throughout) like you would see in the kitchen of a real restaurant. It's a frat and you need true commercial grade equipment. Anything less will not hold up to the punishment.
